Scammel 3ton Mechanical Horse & Trailer Kit

This highly detailed kit includes whitemetal castings for the complete chassis of tractor and trailer and cab fittings. Smaller detail parts of the tractor are lost wax brass castings. The main body parts are produced in cast resin with the trailer having detachable sides. The cast wheel hubs have rubber tyres with correct tread pattern. the model is ideal for use with our CM201 container, available separately. Transfers are available separately for different railway companies (see transfer section)

Level Crossing Gate Kit

The kit contains injection moulded white plastic parts for the pairs of gates, posts and hinges. The gate comprises of two half plastic sections into which are inserted steel wires for extra strength as in the prototype. Two whitemetal cast lamps are included for placing on top of the gate and these can be wired through the metal reinforcement if required to work. The standard kit is intended for a single line. Two kits will be required for double track.
